The safety of our volunteers, clients and donors will continue to be our number one priority.
Please note the following guidelines for clients and donors:
Guidelines for CLIENTS (related to covid preparedness)
-MUST wear a mask
-30 min shopping time limit
- kids may not play with toys WE PREFER CHILDREN DO NOT ACCOMPANY THE PARENT(S), if required we ask that you limit the number of children you bring to one. Again, many of our volunteers are elderly or have underlying medical issues. Please help us keep them safe.
- social distance with other clients and well as volunteers
-clients may be asked to wait in the food court if too many clients are in the store, discretion of the volunteers on duty

Going forward all donated clothing must be clean, folded and boxed. We can no longer accept garbage bags of clothing - we are receiving too many unusable items thrown in that we need to dispose of or re-donate.
Qualifying guidelines for covid:
Guidelines will remain for the most part as is, the only change will be for anyone who lost employment due to covid- the person would have it show, printed paystubs for THREE MONTHS that INCLUDE MARCH or later.
Current hours are MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS ONLY from 10-3. As more volunteers become available we will extend our hours.
Due to the fluid nature of COVID we ask that you are patient, understanding and follow the direction of our dedicated volunteers. We are here to serve however their safety is of the utmost importance to the Hope family.

The Hope Project of WNY, Inc. provides (at no cost) basic necessities to our community's 'working poor', legally disabled, special needs, domestic violence victims, community members 65 years of age or older as well as current military families and veterans.
